• User/Client: Any individual or organization using the platform to seek consultancy services.
• Consultant/Service Provider: A registered professional providing services via the platform.
• Account: A registered user profile that allows access to platform features.

2. Services Offered

• We connect clients with consultants in fields such as:

  • Business Licenses like, Trade Licenses, BIN, IRC/ERC, BSTI, etc,
  • Income Tax & Value Added Tax
  • Legal Counselling
  • Financial Advice
  • Bookkeeping
  • Information Technology & Software Development
  • Civil Engineering Consultation
  • Medical Consultation
  • Immigration Consultation
  • Business/ Product Listing (Business Directory)
  • Job & Task Listing

We facilitate appointment booking, communication, and in some cases, payment processing.

3. User Registration & Account

• Users must create an account with accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Misuse, impersonation, or fraudulent activity may result in account termination and legal actions.

4. Consultant Registration

• Consultants must provide valid credentials, licenses, and service details.
• All listed services must comply with Bangladeshi law and ethical guidelines.
• Consultants are independent professionals and not employees of amarConsultant.com.
• Consultants must comply with rules and regulations, bye-laws of respective professional bodies.

5. Service Booking & Payment

• Users can book appointments and pay online (where applicable).
• Prices are listed transparently by service providers.
• amarConsultant.com may collect and disburse payments as a facilitator.

Refund Policy:

If a consultant fails to deliver the agreed service or cancels without rescheduling, a refund will be processed within 5 business days, subject to confirmation from both parties.

6. 📦 Business/Product Listing Terms

1. Eligibility: Only verified businesses, vendors, or consultants may list products or services.
2. Listing Content: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of your listings (e.g., business name, service description, pricing, logos).
3. Prohibited Listings: Items or services involving fraud, adult content, counterfeit goods, unlicensed medical/legal services, or anything violating Bangladeshi law are strictly prohibited.
4. Approval Rights: amarConsultant.com reserves the right to review, modify, or reject listings for quality, accuracy, or compliance.
5. Listing Duration: Listings may be set to expire after a specific period unless renewed or upgraded.
6. Fees & Promotions: We may offer paid options for featured placement, promotions, or ads. These are non-refundable unless specified.
7. User Responsibility: Clients interacting with a listing must verify the authenticity of the offer before any financial transaction.

7. 💼 Listing & Recruitment Terms

1. Job Poster Eligibility: Only verified employers, recruiters, or consultancy firms may post job opportunities.
2. Job Content Requirements: All job posts must include a clear role title, description, location (if applicable), and eligibility criteria. Misleading job offers are prohibited.
3. Candidate Data Usage: Recruiters agree to use applicant data strictly for recruitment purposes. Selling or sharing this data is forbidden.
4. Job Seeker Conduct: Applicants must provide truthful resumes and may not impersonate or provide false claims about experience or education.
5. No Guarantee: amarConsultant.com does not guarantee any hiring outcomes or candidate qualifications.
6. Moderation Rights: We reserve the right to remove jobs deemed irrelevant, scam-related, or violating national labor laws or ethical norms.
7. Paid Listing Terms: Job listing fees (if applicable) must be paid in advance. Premium visibility features may incur extra charges.

8. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Users can cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
• Consultants may reschedule due to valid reasons but must notify clients promptly.

9. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Harass, threaten, or defame any individual or consultant
• Upload malware, spam, or unauthorized content
• Attempt to access another user’s account or private data

Violation may lead to account suspension or legal action.

10. Data Privacy & Security

• We collect user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Your personal and financial data is handled securely using encryption and best practices.
• We do not sell user data to third parties.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, software, and materials on amarConsultant.com are the intellectual property of the platform or its licensors.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

• We may feature third-party websites or consultants.
• We are not responsible for the content, availability, or services of external sites or individual consultants.
• Your interaction with third parties is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

• We are a service facilitator. We are not liable for:
  • Any disputes or service issues between clients and consultants
  • Errors or delays caused by consultants
  • Business losses or indirect damages
• In no event shall amarConsultant.com’s liability exceed the fees paid by you to us.

14. Dispute Resolution

• We encourage resolving issues amicably.
• Users and consultants should report unresolved issues to us via [email/contact page].
• If necessary, disputes may be escalated to legal mediation under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
