 Procedure for issuance of Import Registration Certificate has been simplified. It requires only the following documents:

• Trade License;
• Membership Certificate from recognized Chamber/Trade Association;
• Tax Identification Number and Proof copy of Return Submission;
• Bank Certificate;
• Memorandum and Articles of Association and Certificate of Incorporation (in case of Limited Company). 
• Registered partnership deed (in case of Partnership).
