Step-1: Name Clearance

Check the company name for availability in RJSC Online Portal.

Step-2: Preparing Necessary Documents

Drafting Memorandum and Articles of Association, Preparing Form-1,  Form-iX, and Subscription page of memorandum and Articles with Signature.

Step-3: Information Fill Up and Document Upload

Login in RJSC Online Portal and fill all the necessary information in Memorandum and Articles of Association, Form-1 and Upload Form-iX, and Signature page of memorandum.

Step-4: Submission and Payment

Submit application and Pay necessary fees to Bank by downloading deposit slip.

You will receive soft copies of Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Form XII to your email.
