We are seeking a skilled and experienced Freelance WordPress Developer to customize, optimize, and deploy advanced features on our platform. You will be responsible for executing a specific set of deliverables outlined in our Terms of Reference (TOR), managing hosting environments, and ensuring top-tier performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Customization: Develop, install, configure, customize, and deploy WordPress websites, themes, and plugins per the TOR.
Hosting & Environment: Configure and manage cPanel hosting environments, including website migration and deployment.
Optimization: Enhance website speed, security, SEO, and overall performance.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve website-related bugs and technical issues.
Integration: Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and services (including Google Calendar).
UI/UX Excellence: Ensure fully responsive designs and cross-browser compatibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketing experts and project managers to align on goals.

Terms of Reference (TOR) / Project Scope:
The selected consultant will be required to execute the following specific tasks, broken down into developmental sprints:

Service Provider Profile Page Enhancements:

Create/customize a WhatsApp button and a total view counter on provider profiles.
Create a short, downloadable, and shareable digital Business Card within the provider profile.
Implement a “Request Service” field with a dynamic dropdown list of the provider’s services.
Change specific tab labels to “View Profile”.
Convert the profile information sections into a frozen, iconic 7-Tab layout (Hover/Click to view): like. Qualification, Membership, Skills & Expertise, Services (with quotation buttons), Contact, Booking, and Language (update Bengali Flag).

Service & Product Page Customizations:

Create a Service Category Menu and a Search Bar on the Service Page.
Format all service images to a uniform square display.
Add a provider short profile, Quote Button, WhatsApp Button, and Booking Button to each service list.
Make service rates optional.
Change “On Call” to “Ask for Rate” and integrate the seller’s WhatsApp button on the right side of the Product Page.

Layout & UI Fixes:

Fix the Blog post display to a clean two-column layout with corrected alignment.
Add a “Back to Home Page” redirect option on the Login/Registration page.
Freeze the Home Page main tab navigation, minimize vertical gaps between sections, and insert social media icons at the top.
Reduce the display size of Home Page category images.

Backend & Advanced Settings:

Create and map custom User Access Controls (Roles & Permissions).
Configure advanced Booking Settings, including full Google Calendar Integration.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Educational Background:
B.Sc. in CSE, a dedicated IT/Development Diploma (Minimum 6 months), or equivalent practical experience in a related field.

Experience & Technical Skills (Minimum 3+ Years):

Strong proficiency in WordPress & WooCommerce development and deep customization.
Hands-on experience with Elementor, Git, HTML5, PHP, CSS3, and MySQL databases.
Proven track record in website migration, cPanel management, and deployment.
Experience optimizing website performance, SEO, and implementing website security best practices.
Solid knowledge of custom theme and plugin development.
Experience working with Cloudflare and CDN services.

Soft Skills:
Must be fluent in written English for seamless communication and documentation.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet strict project deadlines.

Remuneration & Engagement Model:
Payment Structure: The selected consultant will be compensated based on the agreed hourly rate specified in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Payout Schedule: Payments will be processed successfully upon the completion, review, and milestone delivery of each of the three sprints.
